| immediately below line 21, by inserting the following: |

| "(d) This Section is repealed 2 years after the effective |

| date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly."; and

| on page 6, line 34, by replacing "As a condition" with "For a |

| period of 2 years beginning on the effective date of this |

| amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, as a condition".
