| 1 | AN ACT concerning criminal law.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Sexually Dangerous Persons Act is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | adding Section 4.03 as follows: | ||||||
| 6 | (725 ILCS 205/4.03 new)
| ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 4.03. Mental disorder. "Mental disorder" means a | ||||||
| 8 | congenital or acquired condition affecting the emotional or | ||||||
| 9 | volitional capacity that predisposes a person to engage in acts | ||||||
| 10 | of sexual violence.
