Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Police Merit Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Police Merit Board:

  For Personal Services........................... 353,800

  For Employee Retirement Contributions

   Paid by Employer...................................... 0

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System..................... 55,900

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 27,100

  For Contractual Services......................... 455,500

  For Travel........................................ 13,500

  For Commodities.................................... 4,900

  For Printing....................................... 5,000

  For Equipment.......................................... 0

  For Electronic Data Processing..................... 5,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 15,000

  For Operation of Automotive Equipment.............. 3,000
