| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2697 on page 4, by |

| replacing line 5 with the following: |

| "violate this Section; |

| (4) apply to any bank, savings bank, trust company, |

| savings and loan association, credit union, licensee under |
| 7 |
| the Consumer Installment Loan Act, licensee under the Sales |
| 8 |
| Finance Agency Act, or any affiliate, subsidiary, |
| 9 |
| employee, or agent of any such person.".
