    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Non-Support Punishment Act is amended by

changing Section 22 as follows:

    Sec. 22. Withholding of income to secure payment of

support. An order for support entered or modified under this

Act is subject
to the
