| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3048 as follows:

| on page 2, by replacing line 8 with the following: |

| "licensure. The Department may accept the Portable Sanitation |

| Association International's Health and Safety Certification |

| Program as an acceptable educational and testing program."; and

| on page 2, by replacing lines 21 and 22, with the following: |

| "(2) Soap or anti-bacterial hand cleanser and paper |
| 9 |
| products shall be refilled in each unit at each pumping, if |
| 10 |
| required."
