    Amends the Riverboat Gambling Act. Provides that each licensed owner that operates a preferred customer club associated with a facility in which gambling is conducted must mail a monthly statement to the club members that details the members' gains and losses within the last month at that facility.

    AN ACT concerning gaming.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended  by adding 
5
Section 13.2 as follows:

    (230 ILCS 10/13.2  new)

    Sec. 13.2. Preferred customer statements. Each licensed

owner that operates a preferred customer club associated with a
