    Amends the Illinois Finance Authority Act.  Makes a technical change in a Section concerning official Acts of the Authority, meetings of the Authority and the Advisory Councils, and audits by the Auditor General.

    AN ACT concerning State government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Finance Authority Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 801-25 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 3501/801-25)

    Sec. 801-25. All official acts of the
the Authority shall 
8
require the approval
of
at least 8 members. All meetings of the 
9
Authority and the Advisory Councils
shall be conducted in 
10
accordance with the Open Meetings Act. All meetings shall
be 
11
conducted at a single location within this State among members 
12
physically
present at this location. The Auditor General shall 
13
conduct financial audits
and program audits of the Authority, 
14
in accordance with the Illinois State
Auditing Act.
