    AN ACT concerning the Metropolitan Water Reclamation

District.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act 
6
is amended  by adding Section 294 as follows:

    (70 ILCS 2605/294  new)

    Sec. 294. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of 
9
this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the corporate 
10
limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are 
11
extended to include within those limits the following described 
12
tracts of land, and those tracts are hereby annexed to the 
13
District.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
15
becoming law.
