| AN ACT concerning the Metropolitan Water Reclamation |

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |
| 6 |
| is amended by adding Section 294 as follows:
|

| (70 ILCS 2605/294 new) |
| 8 |
| Sec. 294. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of |
| 9 |
| this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the corporate |
| 10 |
| limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are |
| 11 |
| extended to include within those limits the following described |
| 12 |
| tracts of land, and those tracts are hereby annexed to the |
| 13 |
| District. |
