| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4030 on page 3, line |

| 9, by inserting after the period the following: |

| "Registration of juveniles upon attaining 17 years of age shall |

| not extend the original registration of 10 years from the date |
| 6 |
| of conviction."; and

| 7 |
| on page 12, lines 16 and 21, by inserting after "agency" |
| 8 |
| wherever it appears the following: |
| 9 |
| "not to exceed 4 times a year".
