| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4383 on page 3, |

| below line 20, by inserting the following:

| "The provisions of subparagraph (i) of paragraph 2.5 of |

| subsection (c) shall be applied, unless the court makes a |
| 6 |
| finding that to apply those provisions would be inappropriate |
| 7 |
| after considering all of the factors listed in paragraph 2 of |
| 8 |
| subsection (a) of Section 505.".
