Amends the School Code. Requires a school board to prohibit a
law enforcement agency or school official, while on school grounds or at a
school-sponsored activity, from recruiting or compelling a
student to participate in a police line-up, mock police line-up, or mug
photograph shoot without the permission of the student's parent or guardian. Effective July 1, 2006.

| AN ACT regarding schools.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |

| 10-20.40 and
34-18.33 as follows:
