Appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the training of aspiring minority public school principals in City of Chicago School District 299.  Effective July 1, 2006.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for the training of aspiring minority public school principals in City of Chicago School District 299.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
