| 3 | immediately below line 31, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "Any proceeds collected from the tax imposed under this | ||||||
| 5 | Section may be used by the county only for the purpose of | ||||||
| 6 | disease preparedness programs, including, without limitation, | ||||||
| 7 | vaccine inventories and pandemic influenza preparedness and | ||||||
| 8 | response planning.".
