Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to meet  the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007:

PAYABLE FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND

  For Personal Services............................ 813,000

  For Employee Retirement Contributions

   Paid by Employer...................................... 0

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System..................... 94,000

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 62,200

  For Contractual Services......................... 189,681

  For Travel........................................ 86,700

  For Commodities................................... 11,477

  For Printing...................................... 10,800

  For Equipment.......................................... 0

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 18,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 20,200

  For Operation of Auto Equipment................... 30,700

    Total                                        $1,336,758

 

    Section 10.  The amount of $15,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Prisoner Review Board from the General Revenue Fund for expenses relating to the victim notification units.

 

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
