| AN ACT concerning elections.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Election Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 |
| 13-20 and 14-10 as follows:
|

| Sec. 13-20. Report to State Board. At least 2 weeks before |
