| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 4 |
| SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that there is created the Fire |
| 5 |
| Protection Services Task Force consisting of 9 members as |
| 6 |
| follows: (i) one member appointed by the Governor, (ii) one |
| 7 |
| member appointed by the Northern Illinois Alliance of Fire |
| 8 |
| Protection Districts, (iii) one member appointed by the |
| 9 |
| Illinois Association of Fire Protection Districts, (iv) one |
| 10 |
| member appointed by the Illinois Fire Chiefs Association, (v) |
| 11 |
| one member appointed by the State Fire Marshal, and (vi) 4 |
| 12 |
| members appointed by the Illinois Legislative Fire Caucus; and |
| 13 |
| be it further
|
| 14 |
| RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall study the issue of fire |
| 15 |
| protection coverage and payment for fire protection services in |
| 16 |
| unprotected areas; and be it further
|
| 17 |
| RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall dissolve upon reporting |
| 18 |
| to the Governor and the General Assembly.
