| 1 | HOUSE RESOLUTION

| 2 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 3 | NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 4 | the Department of Central Management Services is directed to | ||||||
| 5 | conduct a study to determine if the State could reduce travel | ||||||
| 6 | costs of State employees if airfare and hotel accommodations | ||||||
| 7 | were purchased over the Internet from online travel companies | ||||||
| 8 | such as Priceline and Hotwire; and be it further
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, That the Department shall conduct the study and | ||||||
| 10 | report its findings to the House of Representatives as soon as | ||||||
| 11 | practicable; and be it further; and be it further
| ||||||
| 12 | RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be sent to the | ||||||
| 13 | Director of Central Management Services.
