| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The House of Representatives recognizes the value |
| 3 |
| of summits conducted by the Attorney General on issues related |
| 4 |
| to methamphetamine; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, The House recognizes that these summits are |
| 6 |
| beneficial in law enforcement efforts to prosecute cases |
| 7 |
| involving the illegal manufacture and possession of |
| 8 |
| methamphetamine and to interdict methamphetamine and to inform |
| 9 |
| the public as to the prevalence and dangers of methamphetamine |
| 10 |
| manufacture and abuse; therefore, be it
|
| 11 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 12 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 13 |
| we urge the Attorney General to continue holding |
| 14 |
| methamphetamine summits throughout the State; and be it further
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be presented to |
| 16 |
| the Honorable Lisa Madigan, Attorney General of the State of |
| 17 |
| Illinois.
