| WHEREAS, At a dinner taking place on Saturday, March 5, |

| 2005 at the Grand Ballroom of The Four Seasons Hotel in |
| 4 |
| Chicago, the Advocate Christ Medical Governing Council will |
| 5 |
| honor the following members of its medical staff for their 30 |
| 6 |
| years of dedicated service and commitment to practicing in |
| 7 |
| their chosen field of medicine: Anwar Choudhry, M.D., Surgery, |
| 8 |
| Vascular; Mary DiFilippo, M.D., Internal Medicine; Theresa |
| 9 |
| Kazlauskas, M.D., Pediatrics; Ju Hyun Kim, M.D., Pediatrics; |
| 10 |
| Neerukonda Prasad, M.D., Anesthesiology; Manuel Rojas, M.D., |
| 11 |
| Pediatrics; and Pramilla Sarin, M.D., Radiation Oncology; and

| 12 |
| WHEREAS, The citizens of the State of Illinois have |

| benefited greatly from the services of these excellent doctors; |

| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |

| we join in this celebration and wish to acknowledge and thank |
| 18 |
| each of these dedicated professionals for their years of |
| 19 |
| service and wish them continuing success; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |

| presented to the doctors as an expression of our admiration and |
| 22 |
| esteem.
