| WHEREAS, Fourteen teachers from Libertyville Elementary |

| School District 70 are retiring at the end of the school year; |

| and

| WHEREAS, Those who are retiring and their years of teaching |
| 6 |
| are the following: Karen Anderson, 20 years; Cheryl Bunnell, 33 |
| 7 |
| years; Joan Krueger, 20 years; Sue Ann Kuby, 28 years; John |
| 8 |
| McCormick, 32 years; Karen Mueller, 29 years; Mark Mueller, 33 |
| 9 |
| years; Sharon Murphy, 22 years; Kathy Papaleo, 17 years; |
| 10 |
| Barbara Pergander, 4 years; Linda Porres, 20.5 years; Jan |
| 11 |
| Shawgo, 17 years; Mike Snow, 31 years; and Betty Steiner, 29 |
| 12 |
| years; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Their influence as educators will continue in the |
| 14 |
| hearts and minds of their students and colleagues; therefore, |

| be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 18 |
| we congratulate and thank these Libertyville Elementary School |
| 19 |
| teachers for their careers in teaching our young people and |
| 20 |
| wish them all the best in the future; and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |

| presented to each of the teachers as an expression of our |
| 23 |
| esteem.
