| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, On July 10, 2005, the congregation of United Faith |

| Missionary Baptist Church held their last worship service at |
| 4 |
| 4426 Virginia Avenue; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, On the same day, the congregation paraded from |
| 6 |
| 4426 Virginia Avenue to 250 North Pierpont Avenue and held |
| 7 |
| their first worship service at the new facility; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, The church is holding a dedication ceremony and |
| 9 |
| service; therefore, be it
|
| 10 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 11 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 12 |
| we congratulate the congregation of United Faith Missionary |
| 13 |
| Baptist Church on the happy occasion of the church's dedication |
| 14 |
| of the new facility; and be it further
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 16 |
| presented to United Faith Missionary Baptist Church as an |
| 17 |
| expression of our respect and esteem.
