| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, Patricia Langenstrass retired from her position |
| 3 |
| as a trustee for Hanover Township on May 23, 2005; and
|
| 4 |
| WHEREAS, As a trustee, Mrs. Langenstrass served on the |
| 5 |
| mental health board and senior committee; she also led the |
| 6 |
| successful referendum to build the senior center; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, She previously served 8 years as a village trustee |
| 8 |
| in Streamwood; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Langenstrass is a co-founder of the Women's |
| 10 |
| Organization of Republicans in Hanover Township; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, She and her husband, Gerald, have lived in |
| 12 |
| Streamwood for 20 years and have two children; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, She has been civically active for more than 15 |
| 14 |
| years and the citizens of Hanover Township are grateful for her |
| 15 |
| service to the community; therefore, be it
|
| 16 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 17 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 18 |
| we congratulate Patricia Langenstrass for her many years of |
| 19 |
| exceptional service to Hanover Township and wish her all the |
| 20 |
| best in her retirement and future endeavors; and be it further
|
| 21 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 22 |
| presented to Patricia Langenstrass as an expression of our |
| 23 |
| admiration and esteem.
