| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The Mater Dei High School cheerleading squad |
| 3 |
| recently won the Highland IHSA Sectional cheerleading |
| 4 |
| championship; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, The Knights upset the seven-time Illinois |
| 6 |
| Cheerleading Coaches Association champion Bulldogs in the |
| 7 |
| event; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Winning the event gave the Mater Dei squad the |
| 9 |
| opportunity to participate in the state tournament in |
| 10 |
| Bloomington; therefore, be it
|
| 11 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 12 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 13 |
| we congratulate the Mater Dei High School cheerleading squad on |
| 14 |
| winning the Highland IHSA Sectional cheerleading championship |
| 15 |
| and on competing at the state level; and be it further
|
| 16 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 |
| presented to each of the members and coaches of the Mater Dei |
| 18 |
| High School cheerleading squad.
