| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |
| 3 |
| State of Illinois are pleased to recognize milestone events for |
| 4 |
| organizations in our State; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Strays Halfway House in Hoffman |
| 6 |
| Estates/Schaumburg is celebrating its 25th anniversary; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The organization is dedicated to saving abandoned |
| 8 |
| and stray animals by placing them in foster homes until |
| 9 |
| permanent homes can be found; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Since it was founded in 1981, homes have been |
| 11 |
| found for more than 9,300 animals; therefore, be it
|
| 12 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 13 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 14 |
| we congratulate Strays Halfway House in Hoffman |
| 15 |
| Estates/Schaumburg on the occasion of its 25th anniversary; and |
| 16 |
| be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 |
| presented to Strays Halfway House as an expression of our |
| 19 |
| esteem and gratitude.
