| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, Those who work to educate our students or in |
| 3 |
| support of the education of our students are worthy of the |
| 4 |
| highest praise; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, One teacher and three staff members are retiring |
| 6 |
| from Libertyville Elementary School District 70 at the end of |
| 7 |
| the school year; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, John Bracey has served the district for 15 years |
| 9 |
| and is retiring from the position of custodian; Peter Damitz |
| 10 |
| has served for 18.5 years and is retiring from the position of |
| 11 |
| custodian; Laura LeVert has served for 12 years and is retiring |
| 12 |
| from the position of challenge teacher; and Carole Shinton has |
| 13 |
| served for 17 years and is retiring from the position of |
| 14 |
| curriculum secretary; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Their influence as educators and support staff |
| 16 |
| will continue in the hearts and minds of the students, faculty, |
| 17 |
| and staff of Libertyville Elementary School District 70; |
| 18 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 20 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 21 |
| we congratulate and thank these Libertyville Elementary School |
| 22 |
| District staff members for their years of dedication to the |
| 23 |
| education and in support of the education of young people and |
| 24 |
| wish them all the best in the future; and be it further
|
| 25 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 26 |
| presented to each of the retirees as an expression of our |
| 27 |
| esteem.
