| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Kevin Healy of Chicago has been engaged in the |
| 3 |
| planning, management, and execution of benefit events for |
| 4 |
| dozens of needy individuals in the Chicagoland area for many |
| 5 |
| years; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Healy has given his time, talent, and energy |
| 7 |
| to these worthy causes free of charge; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Healy's benefits have been inordinately |
| 9 |
| successful, netting dozens of needy families and individuals |
| 10 |
| hundreds of thousands of dollars; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The diligent work of individuals like Mr. Healy |
| 12 |
| means the difference between stability and ruin for many |
| 13 |
| families and individuals experiencing debilitating illnesses, |
| 14 |
| terrible tragedies, and untimely deaths; therefore, be it
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 16 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 17 |
| together with his family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, the |
| 18 |
| people of the south side of the city of Chicago and the south |
| 19 |
| suburbs, and indeed all the people of the State of Illinois, we |
| 20 |
| commend Mr. Healy for his faithful, devoted service to those in |
| 21 |
| our society who are in the most need and extend to him our |
| 22 |
| heartfelt gratitude; and be it further
|
| 23 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 24 |
| provided to Mr. Healy and his family as a token of our |
| 25 |
| gratitude and esteem.
