| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, During the 94th General Assembly, the Animal |
| 3 |
| Control Task Force was established pursuant to House Resolution |
| 4 |
| 866 to conduct an examination of the Animal Control Act and to |
| 5 |
| make recommendations for change; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, The Task Force requires further time to complete |
| 7 |
| its work; therefore, be it
|
| 8 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 9 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 10 |
| the Animal Control Task Force is extended; and be it further
|
| 11 |
| RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall submit a report, as |
| 12 |
| established in its authorizing resolution, on or before June |
| 13 |
| 30, 2007; and be it further
|
| 14 |
| RESOLVED, That with this reporting extension, the Task |
| 15 |
| Force shall continue to operate pursuant to its enabling |
| 16 |
| resolution.
