AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 107

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 107 on page 3, line 
3
30, by inserting after the period the following:

"This subsection (e) does not apply to the sale and 
5
distribution  of any compound, mixture, or preparation 
6
containing any detectable quantity of pseudoephedrine, its 
7
salts or optical isomers, or salts of optical isomers by a 
8
wholesale drug distributor licensed under the Wholesale Drug 
9
Distribution Licensing Act."; and

on page 4, by deleting lines 17 through 21; and
 
11
on page 4, by replacing line 22 with the following:

    "(b) Subsection (a) of this Section does not apply to"; and
 
13
on page 4, line 28, by replacing "(d)" with "(c)".
