| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 107 on page 4, by |

| inserting below line 27 the following: |

| "(d) Subsections (a) and (b) of this Section do not apply |
| 5 |
| to the dispensing of any compound, mixture, or preparation |
| 6 |
| containing any detectable quantity of pseudoephedrine to a |
| 7 |
| resident receiving personal care in a long-term care facility |
| 8 |
| as defined in the Nursing Home Care Act."; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 4, line 28, by changing "(d)" to "(e)".
