| on page 2, line 34, after "Performance of", by inserting |

| "automobile"; and

| on page 3, line 1, after "contract", by inserting "is for an |

| automobile and"; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 3, immediately below line 6, by inserting the |
| 8 |
| following: |

| "For the purposes of this Section, "service contract |
| 10 |
| holder" means only the purchaser of the service contract.".
