1, after "check", by inserting ", which shall be performed

subject to the provisions of this Act,"; and

on page 2, line 2, after the period, by inserting "The license

holder shall not be held responsible for any incurred cost of 
7
the updated criminal history check."; and
 
8
on page 4, by deleting lines 3 through 6.
