| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 212 on page 4, by |

| replacing lines 24 through 27 with the following:

| "Each school district shall annually notify parents about the |

| indoor air quality policy. Notification may be included in |
| 6 |
| newsletters, bulletins, handbooks, or other correspondence |
| 7 |
| currently published by the school district or included on the |
| 8 |
| school district's Internet website. The policy must be made |
| 9 |
| available upon verbal or written request.".
