| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 320

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 320 on page 1 by |

| replacing lines 22 through 32 with the following: |

| "community buildings. The exposed composite walls and roof of |
| 5 |
| both structures shall be constructed of materials that will |
| 6 |
| provide a one-hour fire resistance rating, or there shall be a |
| 7 |
| separation barrier between the structures that provides a |
| 8 |
| one-hour fire resistance rating. Whenever an owner of a mobile |
| 9 |
| home community enlarges or expands a concrete pad used to |
| 10 |
| support a mobile home, installs a new mobile home, or replaces |
| 11 |
| an existing mobile home on or after the effective date of this |
| 12 |
| amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the placement of |
| 13 |
| the mobile home must comply with the setback requirements of |
| 14 |
