| 4 | with "and extreme violence"; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 4, by replacing lines 14 through 16 with the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "defendant is guilty of a Class X felony."; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 5, line 4, by inserting "or the Minimum Wage Law, | ||||||
| 8 | whichever is greater" after "(FLSA)".
