| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Jury Act is amended by adding Section 10.3 |

| as follows:

| Sec. 10.3. Excusing prospective jurors; nursing mothers. |

| Any mother nursing her child shall, upon request, be excused |
