| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 532 as follows:

| on page 1, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following: |

| "prominently visible place at each location in the State where |

| the retail sale of motor fuel is offered to the public. The |

| notice shall"; and

| on page 1, by replacing lines 17 through 29 with the following: |

| "imposed on gross receipts, the notice shall state the |

| applicable rate for each such tax.".
