AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 661

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 661, AS AMENDED, 
3
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
4
2, on page 14, below line 12, by inserting the following:
5
    "(e) Subsections (a) through (d) of this Section 2105-300 
6
shall have no applicability to the Bank and Trust Company Fund, 
7
the Savings and Residential Finance Fund, and the Credit Union 
8
Fund.  Appropriations for ordinary and contingent expenses that 
9
are incidental to the regulation of professions, trades, 
10
occupations, or industries that pay fees into the Bank and 
11
Trust Company Fund, the Savings and Residential Finance Fund, 
12
or the Credit Union Fund shall be payable directly from those 
13
funds, respectively, in accordance with the statutory 
14
provisions that establish those funds."; and
