| AN ACT concerning education.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Interagency Coordinating Council Act is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
|
| 6 |

| Sec. 5. Annual Report. On or before March 1 of each year, |
| 8 |
| the Council shall
make a written report to the Governor and the |
| 9 |
| General Assembly on its
activities for the preceding fiscal |
| 10 |
| year. The report shall also include its
recommendations for |
| 11 |
| administrative or legislative policies and programs which
will |
| 12 |
| enhance the delivery of transition services. In the 2007 |
| 13 |
| report, the Council shall include recommendations for |
| 14 |
| expanding the recruitment of students and school personnel into |
| 15 |
| programs that provide the coursework for Learning Behavioral |
| 16 |
| Specialist II-Transition Specialist certification.
