| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 776 on page 1, by |

| replacing lines 16 through 20 with the following: |

| ""Active duty" means any duty performed in the active |

| service of the United States Armed Forces in Iraq or |

| Afghanistan pursuant to the orders of the President of the |

| United States."; and

| on page 1, by replacing lines 26 through 28 with the following: |

| ""Service member" means a member of the Illinois National |

| Guard.".
