    AN ACT concerning employment.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is 
5
amended by changing Section 27 as follows:

    Sec. 27. This Act shall apply to all occupational diseases 
8
incurred and
and
deaths occurring on or after July 1, 1951.
