with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

1, as follows:

on page 1, line 15, by replacing "6" with "7"; and

on page 1, line 16, after "designees:", by inserting "the

Lieutenant Governor,"; and

on page 2, line 1, after "chair", by inserting "and

vice-chair"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:

    "(c) The Lieutenant Governor shall serve as chair of the 
12
Committee, and the Director of Commerce and Economic 
13
Opportunity shall serve as vice-chair and shall oversee the 
14
administration of the Committee and its functions. Expenses".
