SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $25,000,000 from the Health Care Services Trust Fund to the Department of Public Aid for payments to providers of services covered under the medical assistance or State children's health insurance programs. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Health Care Services Trust Fund to the Department of Public Aid for payments to providers of services covered under the medical assistance or State children's health insurance programs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2005.
