AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1548

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1548 by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the General Assembly for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99.  This Act takes effect on July 1, 2005.”.
