| "This paragraph does not apply to any bond issued under Section |

| 825-60, 825-65(e), or 830-25 of this Act or to any bond issued |

| under 20 ILCS 3850/1-80 or 30 ILCS 360/2-6(c) or their |

| successor provisions.".
