| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1701 as follows:

| on page 1, line 13, after "(ii)" by inserting "if installed and |

| used in accordance with a corrective action plan or remedial |

| action plan approved by the Agency under this Act,"; and

| 6 |
| on page 1, lines 14 through 16, by deleting "if expressly |
| 7 |
| authorized by and conducted in accordance with a corrective |
| 8 |
| action plan or remedial action plan approved by the Agency |
| 9 |
| under this Act".
