| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1851

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1851 on page 2, by |

| replacing lines 16 through 21 with the following:

| "certify the final adjusted claims due under this Section may
|
| 5 |
| on or
before July 20 of any year, and its failure thereafter to
|
| 6 |
| prepare and certify such report to the regional superintendent
|
| 7 |
| of schools within 10 days after receipt of notice of such
|
| 8 |
| delinquency sent to it by the State Superintendent of Education
|
| 9 |
| by registered mail, shall constitute a forfeiture by the |
| 10 |
| school".
