    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2204 on page 1,

line 19, by changing "10-member" to "11-member"; and

on page 1, line 26, after the semi-colon, by inserting "one 
5
licensed registered professional nurse involved in direct 
6
patient care, appointed by the Governor;"; and

on page 1, line 30, by replacing "Health and" with "Health,"; 
8
and
 
9
on page 1, line 31, by replacing "Disabilities" with 
10
"Disabilities,"; and
 
11
on page 1, by replacing line 32 with the following:

"and one representative from the Division of Rehabilitation 
13
Services of the Department of Human".
