| AN ACT concerning State government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Secretary of State Act is amended by adding |
| 5 |
| Section 17 as follows:
|

| 7 |
| Sec. 17. The Secretary of State Antique Vehicle Show Fund. |
| 8 |
| The Secretary of State is authorized to create a fund outside |
| 9 |
| the State treasury, to be known as the Secretary of State |
| 10 |
| Antique Vehicle Show Fund. The Fund shall be created and |
| 11 |
| maintained in a manner approved by the Auditor General. The |
| 12 |
| Fund shall be administered by the Secretary of State or his or |
| 13 |
| her designee. Moneys received from entry fees paid by |
| 14 |
| contestants in the Secretary of State Antique Vehicle Show may |
| 15 |
| be deposited into the Fund. Moneys deposited into the Fund |
| 16 |
| shall be used by the Secretary of State Antique Vehicle Show |
| 17 |
| Committee to promote and produce the annual Secretary of State |
| 18 |
| Antique Vehicle Show.

| 19 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 20 |
| becoming law.
